  1. Scope of Services:

Viva HR Consulting offers a wide range of human capital solutions, including talent acquisition, employee development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, HR strategy development, and workplace culture enhancement. We tailor our services to your specific needs and goals, ensuring you get the most out of your investment.

  1. Fees and Payment:

Project-based: For defined projects with clear deliverables, we’ll provide a fixed fee proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and expected outcomes.

Retainer: For ongoing support and strategic guidance, we offer flexible retainer packages based on your chosen service level and desired frequency of interaction.

Hourly rate: For ad-hoc consultations or specific tasks outside your chosen package, we’ll bill at an hourly rate agreed upon beforehand.

  1. Payment terms:

Invoices are due upon receipt and payable within 15 days.

Late payments may incur a finance charge of 2% per month.

We reserve the right to suspend services until outstanding invoices are settled.

  1. Client Responsibilities:

Provide Viva HR with accurate and timely information to facilitate effective service delivery.

Actively collaborate with our team throughout the engagement.

Be responsive to our communication and requests for feedback.

Ensure all relevant HR documents and records are readily accessible.

Pay invoices promptly as per agreed-upon terms.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

We take client confidentiality and data protection extremely seriously. All information shared with Viva HR will be treated with the utmost discretion and security. We comply with all applicable data privacy regulations and have robust measures in place to safeguard your sensitive information.

  1. Intellectual Property:

Any materials, reports, or tools developed by Viva HR for your specific project remain our intellectual property. However, you gain non-exclusive rights to use these materials for your internal business purposes.

  1. Termination and Refunds:

By client: You may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Depending on the project stage, termination fees may apply.

By Viva HR: We may terminate the engagement if you consistently breach any terms or conditions, fail to make timely payments, or engage in conduct detrimental to our reputation.

Pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid services in case of termination.

  1. Disputes and Resolution:

We strive to resolve any issues amicably. If a dispute arises, we’ll first attempt to settle it through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, we agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

  1. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Viva HR regarding the services provided.

  1. Amendments:

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting the updated version online. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any such revisions.
